Happy with the service feedback video. Car was left in garage over weekend due to unavailability of the recall part. It was promptly serviced and returned on the first available working day.

I had queries on my service and I had to fight to get through to the service department to get the answers. The online system contained wrong information and my paperwork is also now incorrect.

I spoke to Kevin Lockwood Goose in the showroom about a recall on my son's BMW. I explained he had been waiting for coming on a year and no one ever calls him back He assured me he would call me back last Monday 8th here I am the 13th No call.

The service itself was fine but the experience with booking and handling of courtesy car was terrible. Have purchased multiple minis and BMW's and would never use or recommend Inchcape Reading if I can help it.
